The most important tool used in creating my abstracts is not a paintbrush but rather, the life’s energy that comes only from within, a place of no pretense.  My aim and my practice is to surrender to the sensual experience of putting paint on canvas while releasing bound energy as it's own expression. Cultivating art not merely for the acquisition of skills and knowledge but as a path to the innermost part of being. This process allows me to create my truest image rather than a desired depiction.  My wish is to inspire  recognition of creation as the ability to come out of the confines of the human condition and into a context of unlimited possibility.  This to me is where true beauty resides.
